Savers Drug Mart was founded in 1983 by the late Carl R. Zippi, RPh, with a simple but powerful belief: patients and facilities deserve a pharmacy that knows them personally and shows up when it matters most.
What began as a small independent pharmacy has grown into a technologically advanced long-term care pharmacy supporting assisted living communities throughout Brevard County. Despite that growth, Savers has never lost sight of what matters—accuracy, accessibility, and relationships built on trust.
Today, Savers Drug Mart remains proudly family-owned and operated. Carl M. Zippi and Luke C. Zippi, PharmD, work side by side, blending decades of experience with modern clinical practice and technology. This balance of tradition and innovation allows Savers to deliver personalized care with the efficiency and safeguards today’s long-term care environment demands—without ever losing the personal connection that has defined the pharmacy for over 40 years.

Decisions are made locally by pharmacists who live and work in this community and stand behind every order we fill. With almost 40 years at Savers, Carl has been instrumental in preserving the family-oriented culture while guiding the pharmacy through decades of industry change. His leadership emphasizes personal relationships, innovation, and doing right by patients—principles that continue to shape Savers today.

Tiffany M. Jacobs
With more than 25 years at Savers, Tiffany M. Jacobs oversees daily operations, billing, and facility coordination. She manages contracts, handles all billing, schedules and coordinates vaccine clinics, and serves as the primary point of contact for administrators and directors—resolving issues and keeping every moving part on track. Having been part of the Savers family long enough to jokingly claim she once babysat Luke—and later helped him learn to drive on his permit—Tiffany brings unmatched institutional knowledge, steady leadership, and a problem-solving mindset that keeps the entire operation running smoothly.

Luke C. Zippi, PharmD
Luke C. Zippi represents the third generation of pharmacists in the Zippi family. Having started with Savers as a teenager delivering medications to assisted living communities, he brings deep institutional knowledge alongside a forward-thinking approach to modern pharmacy practice. Luke is focused on preserving the family tradition of personalized, relationship-driven care while continuing to elevate Savers through thoughtful innovation, operational excellence, and long-term care–focused solutions.
